Accountabilities:

• Handle all payment audits and pensions/benefits reconciliation

• Data preparation and validation within internal/external financial systems

• Setup and Maintenance of benefits admin systems

• Special projects as required

• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.(pivots, v-lookups, if statements, macros would be considered an asset)

• Knowledge of both Pension and Benefits administration. (previous work experience would be considered a strong asset)

• Understanding of basic Accounting principles

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; committed to meeting deadlines and targets.

• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi task daily activities in a fast paced environment
