About the Role: The PMO Analyst will take direction from PMO Delivery Lead and will reside at our main Corporate office located at 1 President’s Choice Circle in Brampton. The PMO Analyst will be the main contact for any support regarding SAP project delivery reporting
This role will be a 12 month contract with the opportunity for extension
Accountabilities:
• Manage the project resource plan, forecasts and budget in Excel and Access database
• Manage the Resource Management Database (Access) and make enhancements as required while maintaining data integrity
• Manage, track, update, verify and report actual staffing versus planned on the program’s resource plan on a weekly basis working closely with Project Leads to align resource plans and resource allocation detail
• Manage tracking and reconciliation of (Clarity) resource profile, actual and forecast data on a weekly and periodic basis to ensure integrity and accuracy of leadership and program reporting
• Reconcile the estimate of work days required to support the delivery of the project to the budget (SOW) and results (Clarity)
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads and Workstream Leads to identify and resolve resource contention and gaps, resource needs, Clarity data quality issues, forecast and ETC issues
• Produce and deliver status report (budget vs. forecast vs. actual) to Leadership Team:
- Weekly and Periodic Burn report
- Key Vendor burn report
- Latest Estimate report
- Capital versus Expense report
- Headcount/FTE report
- Roll-On/Roll-Off report
- Open Roles report
- Overtime report
- Ad hoc reporting as required
• Support the program annual budget development and reporting process for the SAP Program
• Establish, document and communicate project time tracking and reporting procedures for implementation to internal and external team
• Develop and implement processes to improve communication and effective tracking and reporting while elevating increased accuracy in forecast vs. actual results
• University degree or equivalent in Business and/or Communications
• 3-5 years applicable experience with a focus on project management/coordination
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
• Strong business system / financial analysis systems oriented individual
• Detail oriented, organized and conscientious
• Time entry / reporting systems exposure
• Understanding of project environment, lifecycle, cadence, metrics and financial reporting
• Understanding of resource management and forecasting process
• Team player and enjoys a dynamic working environment
• Strong oral/written communication skills
