We are not seeking specific degrees just outgoing and driven individuals. We need managers and sales associates who like to help people and want to continue to grow professionally. AIL sells mainly to our captive audience, unions and other associations. No cold calling involved or prospecting, just meeting with clients that have notified us they want our services.
