Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the creation of quotes.
• Assists Sales in Customer new item set up forms on customer set up sheets, and web pages.
• Maintains files & database for Customer Quotes, set-up sheets & information pages.
• Orders Samples from sample maker when required.
• Completes Customer New Item Spec Sheets by consolidating information from Engineering, Product Management & Sales. Presents the Spec Sheet to Customer & revises as needed
• Preserves & updates Customer Price Lists with stock numbers, case pack, cost & retail prices
• Correlates Customer’s Vendor Agreements
• Compiles and studies Retailers or Customers product assortments by maintaining Competitive Shop data base under the direction of Sales
• Transcribes weekly flyer and advertisements to an easy to access data base
• Runs reports in Retail Link
• Works with Sales in order to properly create orders (Scripts) from data run in retail link.
• Maintains the basic order of the Toronto office and showroom.
• Assists in the creation and maintains an inline program of product created for small and medium size accounts.

Position Specification:
Post Secondary Education & min 5 years experience in sales or marketing administration. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, word, excel & PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills, organized, can prioritize and multitask. Retail Link required.
