Looking for a Coordinator, ideally with previous Automotive Industry Background in Oakville. Must have strong communication and computer skills. Duration: 9 Months (with possiblity of 1 Year Extension) Position Description: Daily coordination on various activities with parteners across Canada. Coordinate and host various meetings Maintain meeting notes Generate and publish various reports using MS Excel Spreadsheets Coordinate Technical Training and Conferences Maintain online contents on internal MS Sharepoint site Skills Required: -strong computer skills (MSExcel, MSWord, Outlook, databases, Sharepoint or similar content management SW, simple Visual Basic) -strong communication skills, written and verbal -self-motivated and able to research and learn quickly -the ability to analyze data, see patterns and draw conclusions -strong organizational skills to coordinate varied subject matters and personnel across the country Skills Preferred: -verbal and written French would be an asset Experience Required: -computer systems, spreadsheets, simple macros and calculations -working with people by phone and by email -data analysis Experience Preferred: -previous experience within the automotive sector, particularly dealerships would be an asset -a minimum of 5 years in the workforce would be preferred -office administration and/or technical experience would be an asset Education Required: -college diploma, technical certificate or equivalent Email: (click to respond) abc987
