We provide engineering support across migration efforts, emerging workloads, and escalations, delivering product and customer impact by eliminating platform adoption barriers.We are looking for a thoughtful, analytical, and Azure FastTrack Senior Customer Experience Engineer with a passion for Azure Networking. You will be focused on working with large enterprise customers to successfully deliver complex migration projects and drive future product enhancements based on customer feedback and learnings.Every day, our customers stake their business and reputation on our cloud. Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience in software industry experience related to technology OR equivalent experience. 4+ year(s) experience in delivering cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) infrastructure IaaS services, cloud architecture, deployments and DC migrations, deployment tools, networking. Experience with Cloud security models, cloud native services, cloud governance and management, tooling and processes Consulting or delivery experience for large scale end-to-end infrastructure cloud migrations Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years software industry experience related to technology OR Master's Degree in Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years software industry experience related to technology OR equivalent experience. 2+ years customer facing experience. Experience in one or more of the core Azure IaaS services, with an emphasis on Linux on Azure. Other core areas include: Windows Server on Azure, Azure VMWare Service, Networking, DC Migration and Disaster Recovery. Hybrid deployments using Azure Stack HCI 7+ years of experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific solutions, architecture design, and deployment. Business level fluency to read, write and speak Portuguese or Spanish Customer Experience Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities: You will partner with program managers and service delivery teams to plan, architect and deliver complex infrastructure deployments and migrations for large enterprise customers. You will work directly with customer application, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to define requirements, strategy, and processes for successful migrations. Provide direct feedback from customers to Azure product engineering teams to drive product improvements or escalate blocking issues. Partner with Azure Engineering domain experts to scope, build, and document customer solutions. Maintain knowledge of the latest on Azure/Cloud innovations in order to conduct experiments, drive product improvement, and act as subject matter trainer for other specialists. Interact daily with other FastTrack for Azure Engineers to provide technical action plans or take ownership of situations that require escalation. Share knowledge with others through solution documents, engage technical communities, build automated self-help solutions and create training.
