Come discover what different can mean for you. *Required to be in Framingham, MA office every Tuesday & Wednesday CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA ANALYST The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career. Leverage customer data (e.g. from Service Now, Sprinklr and NICE inContact) to develop dashboards and provide ongoing reports. Develop reporting that answers strategic business questions and measures customer trends to support ways to grow/enhance TJX store brands' business. Develop a proactive methodology for effective data management by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data sources. Work closely with Customer Service Team to prioritize business and information needs. Improve and customize current data solutions to meet business functional and non-functional requirements. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Partner across Customer Service team to help identify opportunities for development and improvement of reporting and data visualization, becoming team expert in the space. Partner with Analytics team members to run end-to-end analyses of customer behavior to answer stakeholder business questions, from development of queries to analysis of results to supporting the development of stakeholder presentations or reporting. Build expertise in navigating internal Customer Service database. Develop and document the standard data reporting processes. Research new and existing data sources to contribute to new development, improve data management processes, and make recommendations for data quality initiatives. Produce weekly and period management reports for the Customer Service operational team and other areas of the business. Establish partnerships across various business functions within TJX. Who We Are Looking For: You. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or another quantitative field 1-3 years' experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics or consulting Experience working with large datasets to extract and manipulate data using analytical tools. Data Visualization (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) required. SQL, Python, or other coding language good to have Ability to translate stakeholder/partner questions and needs into reporting solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail Passion for understanding customer behavior and interest in building a career in the consumer insight and analytics functions.
