A company is looking for an Account Director, Social - Growth Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining a strong understanding of clients' businesses and orchestrating collaboration for campaign strategy execution Developing knowledge of various social media platforms and growth services to meet client goals Serving as an escalation point for clients, managing deliverables, and ensuring team development Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years' paid social experience and 3 years in a client-facing marketing role Experience managing a team of 3+ members and mentoring for senior roles Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and ability to audit accounts Ability to provide feedback on paid media channels and discuss growth strategy with executives Past experience managing a P&L and achieving margin targets
