A company is looking for a Service Coordinator - Remote. Key Responsibilities: Provide necessary information and supplies to technicians for job completion Dispatch work order tickets and schedule work orders Maintain work order status and communicate with technicians and customers Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent At least one year of previous customer service experience 1 year + related industry experience preferred Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word; Alert and PDA preferred Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot potential problems proactively
