Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Benefits Consultant to join our remote team. As a Benefits Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients understand and maximize their insurance benefits. This performance-based position offers a unique opportunity to earn based on your success, with no prospecting required - we provide the clients! Key Responsibilities: Educate clients on their insurance options and benefits. Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice and service to clients. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
