Parts manuals, ECAT etc. Maintain the parts room as per Paccar guidelines for signage and merchandising, price parts and retail display Develop and market monthly parts and service specials Monitor market trends and adjust pricing as required to stay competitive Meet weekly with outside sales staff, targeting potential new customers Monitor parts and core inventory and adjust levels as sales dictate Facilitate proper training of employees and ensures training is up-to-date Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications 5 years or more managerial experience in parts retail Completion of post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree is an asset Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills Strong understanding of the parts industry Thorough knowledge of customer service dynamics and processes Excellent written and oral communication skills Focus on efficiency – looks to accomplish the most with available time and resources Ability to anticipate and deal with future problems and opportunities Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment Effective problem solving and negotiating skills Compensation Rate $97,000 - $107,000 annually + variable compensation Powered by JazzHR
