DUTIES: Be the point person for all customer issues and resolve in a timely manner Listen to calls Follow up with happy calls Follow up with customer concerns and complaints Reply to all Reviews (positive & negative) Google Yelp BBB Nextdoor Angi Facebook Reach out to all customers with happy, neutral, and negative faces from PulseM Review CSR Forms (Customer Complaint Calls) Communicate with multiple department managers/directors Review Customer Account in Service Titan for Follow-up Handle Damages with Third-Party Vendors Track concerns in detail Report common threads of good and poor experience SKILLS: Ability to empathize with people and listen to concerns Collecting facts about jobs/experiences with attention to detail Problem-solving while being optimistic and enthusiastic Strong verbal and written communication Self-motivated who enjoys a challenge Ability to navigate ServiceTitan or learn to be proficient in customer profiles At Bardi you’ll be working with a great team that takes pride in “Creating Comfort with Excellent Service” for its clients.
