Responsibilities: • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills• Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers• Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits• Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients• Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience working in the insurance industry• Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must• Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; agency management system experience preferred Compensation: $45,000 Plus Commissions yearly About Company: Allied Insurance Managers, Inc. has provided insurance and risk management solutions to businesses and individuals since 1987.
