We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead our client's team in maintaining their commitment to exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and meticulous attention to detail, we invite you to apply for this position.Work Setting: RestaurantRequirements:Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant industry.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and overall guest experience.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered.Supervise restaurant inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels.Develop and implement company policies and safety regulations, ensuring adherence and staff training as necessary.Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff, including training and performance evaluations.Security and Safety: Bondable Criminal record check Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Perform various tasks related to restaurant supervision, including staff supervision and customer interaction.May need to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant.Personal Suitability:Client focusInitiativeTeam playerWork Term: PermanentWork Language: EnglishWeight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
