We are seeking a Front Desk Hotel Clerk on behalf of our client, to deliver outstanding guest service and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes at their establishment. If you're a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, we'd like to connect you with this exciting opportunity. Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Experience an asset Work Setting- Hotel, motel, resort Tasks- Register arriving guests and assign rooms Process group arrivals and departures Take, cancel and change room reservations Provide information on hotel facilities and services Provide general information about points of interest in the area Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments Follow emergency and safety procedures Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying) Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Assist clients/guests with special needs Provide customer service Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
