We are searching for a Hotel Assistant Manager on behalf of our client, to assist in the daily operations and guest services at their hotel, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for all visitors. If you have a strong background in hospitality and management, we'd like to introduce you to this opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's establishment. Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work Setting- Hotel, motel, resort Tasks- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations Supervise staff Enforce policies and procedures Address customers' complaints or concerns Assist clients/guests with special needs Establish work schedules Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Attention to detail Personal Suitability- Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Team player Other Benefits- Free parking available Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
