We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead our client's team in maintaining their commitment to exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and meticulous attention to detail, we invite you to apply for this position. Work Setting: Restaurant Requirements: Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and overall guest experience. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered. Supervise restaurant inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels. Develop and implement company policies and safety regulations, ensuring adherence and staff training as necessary. Provide guidance and support to restaurant staff, including training and performance evaluations.
