We are seeking a Night Auditor on behalf of our client to ensure the smooth operation of their hotel during the overnight hours. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for guest service, we invite you to join their team. Job Description: Characteristic and Ability Requirements · Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules· Approachable, pleasant, polite & well groomed· Good organizational skills· Able to work quickly, meet deadlines· Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision· Must be able to understand both oral and written English· Ability to meet the physical demands of the position· Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays· Education Required: High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus· Other Education/Certification/Training preferred· Work experience required: 1 or more years Other Requirements · Must be eligible to work in Canada. Key Responsibilities (Night Auditor): Conduct the night audit process, including balancing accounts and generating reports. Assist guests with late check-ins and check-outs. Handle guest inquiries and issues during the overnight hours. Ensure security and safety measures are in place and followed. Perform accounting and administrative tasks related to hotel operations. Prepare and organize the front desk area for the morning shift. Key Requirements (Night Auditor): Previous experience in hotel night audit or a related role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities. A professional and presentable appearance.
