This multi-faceted position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in optimal condition. Inspect and repair equipment and systems as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency. Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly. Maintain records of maintenance and repairs for future reference. Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks efficiently. Support a clean and organized working environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Address any facility-related concerns or emergencies promptly. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain the facility's overall functionality. What Skills and Experience Do You Need for This Job? To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in facility maintenance is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members. A commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols. Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance techniques. A proactive and reliable approach to facility maintenance.
