We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our client's team in maintaining their commitment to providing exceptional customer service and shopping experiences. Work Setting: Retail Store/Restaurant Requirements: Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including staff supervision, customer service, and overall shopping experience. Ensure the highest standards of service and product quality are consistently delivered to customers. Supervise inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels. Develop and implement company policies and safety regulations, ensuring adherence and staff training as necessary. Provide guidance and support to retail staff, including training and performance evaluations. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Personal Suitability: Client focus Organized Reliability Team player Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
