We are looking for a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to join our client's team in a restaurant setting, contributing to their commitment to exceptional dining experiences. If you have strong leadership skills, the ability to maintain food quality and service standards, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction, we invite you to apply for this position. Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry. Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that kitchen operations run efficiently. Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive kitchen environment. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure food service and quality control, including presentation and adherence to company standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain records of stock, equipment repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports to management as necessary. Establish work schedules to ensure efficient coverage during peak hours. Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 37.5 hours per week
