We are currently recruiting a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client, to manage financial records and maintain accurate accounting systems, playing a crucial role in their financial operations. If you have strong financial acumen and attention to detail, we'd like to introduce you to this important role in our client's organization.Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll Calculate fixed assets and depreciation Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Maintain general ledgers and financial statements Post journal entries Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Prepare tax returns Prepare the trial balance of books Reconcile accounts Computer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Word Personal suitability Accurate Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Judgement Organized Reliability Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
