We are actively searching for a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to quality standards. If you possess leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role in the food service industry.Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting- Restaurant Tasks- Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Supervision- Staff in various areas of responsibility Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Standing for extended periods Physically demanding Personal suitability- Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility Team player Screening questions- Are you available for shift or on-call work?
