We are currently recruiting a Line Cook on behalf of our client, to prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to the culinary excellence of their establishment. If you have a passion for cooking and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, we'd like to introduce you to this important role in the world of culinary arts.Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Experience an asset Work setting- Restaurant Tasks- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food preparation specifications are met while executing appropriate food handling protocols. Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service. Ensure that food storage areas are well-organized and comply with food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment and machinery effectively and safely. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
