We're actively looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager for our client in the hospitality industry. If you have a strong background in F&B operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to support the management of food and beverage services, we're excited to introduce you to this pivotal role within our client's esteemed hospitality team. Physical Requirement: Medium: Work activities involve handling loads between 10 and 20 kg, predominantly in an indoor setting. Accountabilities: Assisting in overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to meet operational needs. Supervising F&B staff, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. Collaborating with the F&B Manager to develop and execute menus, promotions, and special events. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive dining experience. Assisting in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Contributing to the development and implementation of F&B policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years of experience in F&B operations, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role will be an asset. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor team members. Proficiency in managing budgets, and implementing cost-effective measures. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with guests, staff, and other departments effectively. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays as required. Accredited Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field; a Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
