We're actively seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for our client in the hospitality sector. If you have a strong background in restaurant operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to support the management of daily restaurant activities, we're excited to introduce you to this key role within our client's esteemed hospitality team.Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Address customers' complaints or concerns Recruit, train and supervise staff Long-term benefits- Group insurance benefits Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
