We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor on behalf of our client, to manage and coordinate kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes and a smoothly functioning culinary team in their establishment. If you have culinary expertise and leadership skills, we'd like to introduce you to this role where you can make a significant impact on the dining experience.Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting- Restaurant Tasks- Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Establish work schedules Supervision- Kitchen and food service helpers Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Standing for extended periods Physically demanding Personal suitability- Efficient interpersonal skills Team player Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
