We are seeking a Host on behalf of our client, to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests as they enter the establishment, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient seating. If you have a friendly and customer-focused demeanor, we'd like to introduce you to this role where you can play a key part in creating a hospitable atmosphere. Requirement s: Education Required: High school diploma; Hospitality certification is a plus Work experience required: 1 or more years Approachable, pleasant, polite & well groomed Good organizational skills Able to work quickly, meet deadlines Self-starter and able to work with supervision Must be able to understand both oral and written English Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities : Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Seat guests and provide menus, ensuring an efficient flow of service. Assist in clearing and resetting tables for the next guests. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest transitions. Assist in answering phone calls and providing information to guests.
