We are actively seeking a Cook on behalf of our client, to prepare delicious and high-quality dishes while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene in their culinary operation. If you are a skilled and passionate cook, we'd like to connect you with this culinary opportunity.Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting- Hotel, motel, resort Tasks- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Inspect kitchens and food service areas Order supplies and equipment Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Organize and manage buffets and banquets Manage kitchen operations Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Personal suitability- Dependability Flexibility Team player Time management Screening questions- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
