A company is looking for a Director of Strategy, Proptech. Key Responsibilities: Refine understanding of the Proptech sector and prioritize engagements with relevant companies Lead engagements and structure partnerships with priority Proptech/Smart Building companies Implement strategic integrations with partners and convert successful pilot projects into new commercial offerings Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of the real estate and Proptech landscape in North America Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years in the Proptech sector Proven track record of launching new businesses or partnerships and leading commercial conversations Experience leading software teams for integrations and working in a fast-paced startup environment Additional qualifications preferred include experience in energy management, EV charging, or auto industries, and a strong technical background
