Miles HR seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for a part time, 3 days a week 2 month contract starting asap. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Payworks is required. Duties: - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy- Prepare financial reports and statements for review- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Perform payroll processing and maintain employee records- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making- Maintain confidentiality of financial information 3 days a week 9-4:30 2 months Surrey, BC location Starts immediately Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper - Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online and Payworks- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Knowledge of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes- Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant regulations- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solvingIf you are interested in this 2 month, 3 days a week contract in Surrey, BC please apply here now!Powered by JazzHR
