About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of Solution Consultants in support of our Large Enterprise and Industries accounts. You and your team will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership in supporting Workday's largest and most strategic customers. You will also work closely with the extended team that supports our customers to develop, implement and maintain best practices as well as an industry leading customer experience to ensure our customers are realizing the full value of Workday. Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies and innovation are vital to this team's success.In addition to customer engagement, you will be responsible for hiring and retaining top talent. You will assist your team in growing their careers as well as coaching them on the execution needed in their role.Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes. When health and safety permits, you are comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time when necessary.
