About the Position: We are seeking a talented Permanent Full-time "Customer Service Representative" who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment. We are a Team Oriented Environment who likes to have fun No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers All Inbound Calls only! Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week. Normal Office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Come and Join our Fast Growing, Continued Growth, and Vibrant Call Center PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and respond to Customer requests Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances Place Customer orders in computer system Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong command of English with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms Exceptional customer service skills Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational skills Computer literate Team player Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset Bilingual English/French Benefits: We provide great benefits, including extended health care, dental care holidays, paid time off (PTO), employee discounts, and disability.
