Instructional Designer Auxiliary/As Required Cranbrook, BC Duties : This position reports to the Dean of Innovation for Teaching and Learning and focuses on designing, developing, and refining educational programs and materials for academic programs and continuing education. This individual will apply pedagogical theory and technological strategies to foster an environment that upholds the institution's commitment to student success, equity, and decolonization. Qualifications : Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or related setting. Demonstrated knowledge of Universal Design in Learning and accessibility. Demonstrated experience in designing active and inclusive learning experiences. Please review the Full Job Description below. Salary: As per the Faculty Salary Schedule and depending on qualifications, instructional and related work experience, the salary for auxiliary employees is $44.89 to $60.26 per hour (this includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation).
