We understand the importance of sustainable solutions for the food industry and have dedicated ourselves to developing innovative packaging that reduces environmental impact.We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeper to fill an immediate position at our office.Duties: Full cycle accounting including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare financial statements and reports Process payrolls and maintain employee records Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Complete and submit tax remittance, and prepare tax returns Conduct other statistical, financial and accounting tasks Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper/accountant Bookkeeper experience in an import or export trading company is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines The successful candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-working office environment and is able to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities.Benefits On-site parking Paid time off Job Types:Full-time, PermanentLanguage:EnglishSchedule:Monday to FridayIn-person
