Key tasks: Enablers and tools : You will benefit from a very compelling remuneration including: Promote Carmichael and Sell Preventative Maintenance contracts, Hvac projects, and BAS/controls maintenance. Develop Qualified Prospects Account Management for accounts sold Maintain Opportunity Funnel Tele-market for face to face meetings Cold calling for new business Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM Personalized and comprehensive training, Unlimited technical support, A clearly defined and implemented marketing program, Sales tools developed by us, for you, Microsoft Surface Pro with CRM Access to service quote program flagship Cell phone= Requirements: You have at least 3+ years’ of Sales experience Mechanical or Hvac knowledge is an asset Ability to get their security clearance. Drivers license with clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
