The person should have a secondary education and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive service. The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systemsInspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctionsAdjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systemsDiagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unitRepair or replace mechanical units or componentsTest and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specificationsPerform scheduled maintenance serviceTest and adjust units to specificationsComplete reports to record problems and work performed. We pay competitive wages of $30.00 per hour.
