Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity in the metal product fabrication industry? We are currently seeking two skilled individuals to join our team in Stratford, ON. If you have a keen eye for detail, expertise in metal forming operations, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you! Location : Stratford, ON Salary : $22.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening Start date : Starts as soon as possible Vacancies : 2 Overview : Languages: English Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience : 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment : Dusty, Noisy Work setting : Metal product fabrication industry Responsibilities : Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld, or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products Document work completed Investigate problems to fix or make minor repairs Lay out, set up, and operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machines Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables Qualifications : Forklift Operator Certification Experience and specialization :Equipment and machinery experience: Brakes, Lifting device, Overhead crane, Use computer numerical control (CNC) machinesMetal forming or shaping operations experience: FormingAdditional information:Work conditions and physical capabilities:Attention to detailHandling heavy loadsManual dexterityPhysically demandingRepetitive tasksStanding for extended periodsWeight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety bootsPersonal suitability: Judgement, OrganizedWho can apply to this job?Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada.Other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.How to apply: Apply online- Press Brake Operator - MASO Recruit | Career Page (careers-page.com) We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
