We have a 29-year history of successfully preparing children for life and the transition into public school systems.The mission of Country Club for Kids II, LLC is to provide a world class childcare experience in a safe, healthy and happy child care environment which offers exciting, engaging educational based programs for fun and learning to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Whether parents are seeking a nurturing "home away from home" environment, or an academic setting, we are confident they will be pleased with what we have to offer. Every member can experience a wide variety of recreational and learning activities to help them grow and develop both mentally and physically to their fullest potential and prepare them for their school careers. The ideal candidate will truly enjoy painting and doing crafts with young children, reading books, singing songs, supervising sprinkler and water play, creating sand castles in the sand box and teaching children socials skills through play. Duties Commitment to maintain a FUN & HAPPY workplace culture. Love working with children from all backgrounds. Assurance of children's safety. Managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth. Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Follow all center policies and state regulations. Requirements Must be able to work assigned shift. Must have love and patience for children. Must pass a criminal background check. Ability to work with others.
