About this role We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join the Power Quality (Preventative Maintenance) team in our Burnaby office . Here's how your role will strengthen our team. Your responsibilities: Dispatch and schedule technician and contractors Regular customer follow ups (re: quotes, report drop offs, sending reminders for service renewals) Set up, enter and review work orders Provide billing and invoicing for service Track reports and customer renewals to ensure completion File documents, ensure document control, and provide other administrative support Your experience and skills 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative, support, role, Excellent computer skills using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc). Experience with JDE an asset. Organized and strong attention to detail Strong written and spoken English communication skills Positive attitude and team player with strong customer service skills Flexible with the proven ability to multi task in a changing, fast-paced environment Basic electrical or construction knowledge is an asset About Houle As BC's leading electrical contractor and systems integrator, we believe in delivering safe, reliable power for the future.
