Position: Shipper /Receiver Position Type: Full time, Permanent Location: Edmonton West, Alberta Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Overview First Truck, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, is looking for a top Shipper Receiver who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience to work in our Edmonton West location. Primary Job Functions Shipping, receiving, documentation, and inventory of products incoming and outgoing from the warehouse. Packing materials into correct shipping containers Loading and unloading deliveries. Stock shelves. Picking return shipments. Maintains the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. Participate in regular inventory counts. Qualifications 1-2 years' experience as a shipper receiver. Initiative-taker - able to work in a fast-paced, detailed environment. Above average computer skills to maintain records, prepare orders, post receipts. Ability to work in a physical capacity, including periodic heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift. Valid Class 5 driver's license. Forklift and skid steer licenses are an asset.
