Programs: CMMS D7i, Lean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCA Shift: Days and Afternoons, 2 week rotation, 7-3:30 pm, 3-11 pm Must Haves: 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry 3-5 years as a maintenance engineer or equivalent Degree in Engineering Job Description: Execute trainings for Windsor team members in the use of the EAM system. Implementation of best practices and solutions Responsible to collect and correlate OEE data and key metrics for use in TPM daily activities Use of CMMS D7i software tools in order to drive global standardization within the maintenance processes Work with local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and time lines are met, standard is kept and developed further Support and interact with the manufacturing teams and ensure standards are kept Responsible for the daily planning of predictive/preventative maintenance activities of all manufacturing equipment and processes Verify and execute all TPM objectives Ensure availability of critical spare parts Develop and implement and maintain technical standards
