We are currently seeking a motivated Material Handler to join our manufacturing and warehousing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our facility by handling materials and products with care and precision. 1 Vacancy Starts as soon as possible Permanent Employment / Full Time $19.60 hourly / 40 hours per Week Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience Will train Work setting Warehouse Tasks Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products Ship orders Pick orders and stock Weigh materials and goods Make labels and attach to goods Wrap goods Pack and unpack goods Sort, crate and stack goods Organize and maintain inventory Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems Area of specialization Shipping and receiving Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Repetitive tasks Work under pressure Tight deadlines Physically demanding Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Bending, crouching, kneeling Combination of sitting, standing, walking Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Adaptability Collaborative Efficiency Energetic and Hardworking Positive attitude and Proactive Quick learner Time management and Dependability Excellent oral communication Reliability Team player Organized Flexibility Financial benefits Group insurance benefits Other benefits Free parking available Transportation/travel information Public transportation is not available
