Are you ready to shape the visual identity of a leading luxury real estate brand? We are looking for a Full-Time Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. Working under the guidance of our Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to a variety of design tasks aimed at enhancing our corporate and realtor brands. At faithwilson, we understand the urgency and precision needed in real estate marketing, and you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects including digital, print, and web materials. This is an in-person job. Must be able to come to Kitsilano, Vancouver every day. Responsibilities:• Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, magazine ads, feature sheets, buyer/seller packages, and more• Support initiatives to strengthen our corporate branding• Enhance photographs, create logos, sketches, layouts, and social media templates• Assist in crafting content for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook• Develop infographics and reports on market statistics• Manage and oversee the printing process, from pre-production to post-production• Work collaboratively with external vendors on specialized projects• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies Qualifications:• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written• 1-2 years of professional design experience, in a corporate or agency environment• Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Good portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and project types• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS; video editing skills are a plus Compensation: $40,000 depending on experience About Company: faithwilson | Christie’s International Real Estate has built success in understanding the BC real estate market, and both buyers and sellers looking for luxury properties.
