Here we GROW again! The All-New Kelowna Truck and RV is looking to add an experienced Finance Manager . As part of the Steve Marshall Group, with 10 dealerships and growing, this opportunity has growth and potential written all over it for the right person! We have 24 lenders, including 8 different manufacturers. and we also have our own in house financing portfolio. We will carry up to 40 Trucks and SUV'S on the lot at any given time and we have access to over 900 Used vehicles along with the ability to sell 8 Major Manufacturers of New Vehicle Inventory including Ram Trucks, Ford Trucks/ SUV's, Mazda, Nissan, Lincoln, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge. We are looking for like minded people who are wanting more and want to work in a store that prides itself on a developing a culture of “Competition over Complacency”. We want people that our competitive and that want to work together in a team atmosphere filled with winners that want to win and will do what it takes to win. If this sounds familiar, we want to hear from you! Duties: Arrange retail financing Sell all Finance Office products including extended warranties, protection packages, and insurances Work collaboratively with the General Manager, sales staff and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction All deal-related paperwork and administration including Conditional Sales Agreements, loan agreements, lien searches, ICBC transfers, forms for extended warranties and insurance, bank deposits, etc. Processing payments, refunds and deposits Liaise with banks and insurance companies Assisting and completing month-end sales reports Keep the CRM systems up to date and accurate with regard to Finance Office transactions Proper handling of confidential personal data for internal purposes Performing administrative duties such as unit stock intake, and items that relate to the day-to-day operations Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience Ability to work independently Ability to Clearly communicate with clients Ability to clearly communicate with various Lenders Sales experience would be a huge asset Ability to complete and process any and all lending documents in order to get deals funded Have, or can obtain, a VSA license Salary: Commission; expected to be $120,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience and results Benefits: Extended health benefits Paid time off Company events At Kelowna RVs we nurture a team spirit and our goals are to satisfy each customer and create repeat customers in the process.
