Resolve work-related issues & undertake office management and administration. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and disciplining employees. Keep a record of inventory such as lumber, hardwoods, panels, etc., and ensure smooth operations of company equipment. Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the companys progress. Supervise & evaluate the performance of workers and provide them with constructive feedback. Coordinate with other staff members & departments to develop and maintain an effective operational structure. Conduct training programs to improve the performance of employees & company culture. Ensure compliance with the company rules and regulations. Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required.
