Salary and Benefits Salary: $28.85 per hourOvertime and Vacation Pay: Stable & full-time employmentWork-life balance through flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and other HVAC equipment. Assist with the installation and securement of systems, including mounting brackets and handling electrical connections. Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of ductwork systems for efficient transmission of heat and cool air. Assist with regular inspections and basic preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment. Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate storage or work areas upon job completion. Clean and maintain a tidy work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are returned to their appropriate places. Dispose of waste materials in an environmentally friendly manner. Assist the technician in cleaning, inspecting, and replacing air ducts. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems, using diagnostic tools and gauges, and giving feedback on findings to the lead technician. Job Requirements Completion of Secondary School will be an asset but not mandatory. No experience required. Training will be provided. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and work for extended periods. Manual dexterity for handling tools. Willingness to learn and take directions from technicians. How to apply?
