We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Officer. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations and maintaining order in designated parking areas. This is an important role that contributes to the smooth flow of traffic and the overall safety and convenience of our community.Duties: Patrol assigned parking areas to monitor and enforce parking regulations Issue citations or warnings to vehicles parked in violation of regulations Provide information and assistance to the public regarding parking rules and regulations Maintain accurate records of citations issued and vehicles towed Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed Report any suspicious or illegal activities observed during patrols Assist with traffic control during special events or emergenciesQualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes
