Family farm in the North Glenmore area of Kelowna is looking for a seasonal farm labourer to help set up our 8.5 acre farm. Start date is late April – early May.Consideration will be given to those with education and experience in permaculture and regenerative farming practices as well as experience on farm equipment, tractors, bobcat, excavator etc.The ideal candidate will have experience and should possess the following: BC Driver’s License Sufficient physical fitness consistent with the physical demands of the job Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery & equipment (tractor, bobcat, etc) Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong attention to detail The ability to work self-sufficiently, with minimum supervision or instruction Be able to work inside, outside regardless of the weather or extreme temperatures Wage dependent on experience.At this time we are not hiring through a LMIA, therefore only candidates with valid Canadian work status please apply.
