COURTENAY NISSAN is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in our busy dealership. As part of our team, you will learn, grow and thrive as we support your career development. Responsibilities: Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team. Implement, follow and reinforce the sales process Provide continuous training to all team members Provide exceptional customer service Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results Track key performance metrics for the sales department Work constructively with all dealership departments Promote and support our financial services team Requirements: Proven ability to build and grow a team Previous automotive sales/management experience Have, or can obtain, a VSA license Wage: Commission, and based on experience and performance; this can range from $72,000-$156,000 The hours are full time.
